The Accentra AUCN 8807FL Mortise Lockset (formerly Yale) is a premium, Grade 1 commercial lock designed for office environments and entryways where flexible security is required. Featuring the popular AU Augusta Lever paired with the CN Escutcheon trim, this hardware comes in a professional 626/US26D Satin Chrome finish that resists fingerprints and heavy wear.
As a centerpiece of the 8800 series, the 8807 Entry Function allows for a "passage" mode via a manual toggle, making it the perfect solution for offices that need to remain unlocked during business hours and strictly secured after-hours.
Functional Performance: Entry/Office (8807)
- Toggle Stopwork Control: The latchbolt is retracted by the lever from either side, unless the outside lever is locked using the stopwork activator (toggle) located on the armor front.
- Keyed Entry: Once the exterior lever is locked via the toggle, entry is only possible by using a key to retract the latchbolt.
- Constant Egress: The inside lever is always active, allowing occupants to exit at any time for maximum safety.
- Deadlocking Latchbolt: This security feature prevents the latch from being "jimimmied" or retracted with a credit card, ensuring the door remains secure against forced entry.
