- Fully Automatic Functionality: Eliminates the need for manual locking, making it an ideal choice for ADA-compliant openings and high-traffic corridors. The inactive door is automatically secured or released by the movement of the active door.
- Thermal Lock Safety: Features an integrated thermal lock that automatically deadlocks the inactive door under high heat conditions (230°F), ensuring the door remains closed during a fire to contain smoke and flames.
- Override Protection: A built-in override mechanism protects the door and hardware from damage. If the bolt heads encounter an obstruction and cannot enter the strike, the mechanism prevents bending the rods or marring the wood door.
