Magnetic Lock w/ PIR Sensor Application
A completely touchless egress configuration. A Passive Infrared (PIR) sensor is mounted above the door to detect an approaching user. As you enter the detection zone, the PIR sensor automatically cuts power to the magnet for a hands-free exit—ideal for high-traffic or hygienic environments.

Delayed Egress Magnetic Lock Application
Designed for loss prevention and life safety. When a user pushes against the door, the delayed egress lock sounds an alarm and maintains the bond for 15 or 30 seconds. This delay deters unauthorized exiting while ensuring the door eventually releases to meet fire-safety standards.
