McKinney TA2772 4-1/2" US26D Half Surface Bearing Steel Hinge, 5 Knuckle
Oil Impregnated Bearing (TA Prefix)
One piece, non-ferrous, and self-lubricating bearings ensure even longer-lasting wear and resistance to clogging, corrosion, and hinge failure.
Recommended for use on average frequency and/or medium weight wood or metal doors in schools, hospitals or other public buildings where medium traffic is experienced. Standard weight half surface hinges are packed with all machine screws and thru bolts and grommet nuts for 1-3/4" thick doors.
The jamb leaf is fastened into the mortise of the frame with machine screws. The door leaf is applied full surface to the door with thru bolts and grommet nuts. The pin is held in place by an NRP set screw, which allows the hinge to be reversible. Machine screws are 1/2" x 12-24 FPHM. Hinges are .134 Thickness, Standard Weight.
