Hinges are for use on high traffic in commercial construction. These heavy-duty hinges are designed to endure rigorous use, making them ideal for demanding environments where durability is paramount. Hinges are furnished with All Wood Screws (1 1/4" x 12 FPHW) and All Machine Screws (1/2" x 12-24 FPHM) Non Rising Stainless Steel Pin with Button Tips. Commercial Grade Hinges are .180 thickness with a template screw hole pattern. The hinge features an NRP (Non Removable Pin), which is a set screw that is inserted into the hinge barrel and cannot be accessed when the door is closed.

The heavy-duty classification ensures that these hinges can handle frequent opening and closing without compromising performance. This makes them suitable for various applications, from office buildings to public facilities, where reliability is non-negotiable.

The Oil Impregnated Bearing (TA Prefix) are non-ferrous, and self-lubricating bearings that ensure even longer-lasting wear and resistance to clogging, corrosion, and hinge failure.
