Pemko 216AV 36" Door Bottom Shoe and Rain Drip, with Eco-V Gray Vinyl Insert - Aluminum Finish
Door shoes are used to seal the area under a door with minimal affect on the appearance of the face of the door. In addition to sealing the gap under the door, door shoes are often used to provide protection for the bottom of the door. Pemko door shoes consist of an aluminum channel with a flexible insert available in vinyl.
• Door Bottom Shoe features Eco-V Vinyl Fingered insert for proper sealing and flexibility.
• Door Bottoms are punched with elongated slotted holes for easy adjustment. Furnished with #6 x 5/8" Pan Head SMS
• To ensure proper operation, the bottom of the door should maintain a 1/2" clearance from the floor or threshold.
• This door shoe is supplied with a Eco-V insert - item number EV9 (standard finish is gray, black available by special order)
• Door Bottoms are furnished net length (36" or 48") Field trimming will be required to fit door width. Exact net lengths are available by order
• The Eco V Vinyl Insert operates effectively within a temperature range of -4° to +122° F. (-20 to 50 Celsius) Temperatures exceeding 122° F will cause it to soften and lose its elasticity.

The PemkoPrene (PK) Insert operates within a temperature range of -22° to +122° F (-30 to 50 Celsius) and is capable of withstanding brief periods of higher temperatures.
